What if our HDB flats were given a second life?
What if the Toa Payoh HDB Estate was given a second chance, and re-developed?
This submission to the IFHP: Future Of Cities competition (Student Category) aims to do just that by engaging in an exploration of how judicious intervention might not only increase the housing stock of an existing estate, but to also value-add by turning houses into homes; and then some more.
