Steel is one of the most common and versatile building materials used in the 21st century. SIA in collaboration with BlueScope Lysaght (Singapore) Pte Ltd is proud to announce the ‘S3: Steel. Space. Structure’ design competition.

The competition aims to unleash the potential that is within Steel through innovative designs. S3 is a platform for designers with energetic, fresh and imaginative ideas to create steel building designs that not only demonstrate strong levels of innovation and functionality, but also inspire those who will see and use the space.

S3 also symbolises the ground-breaking collaboration between SIA and BlueScope Lysaght (Singapore), bringing to you a chance to experience and join us in the exhilarating world of Steel Designs.

The competition, not only serves to encourage a greater exchange of ideas, it also serves as a catalyst to foster more interactions between the private and public sector, as well as among practitioners, students, industry and community.
