Channel News Asia (CNA) has reported that 40 public and private buildings have applied to receive the energy-saving Green Mark certificate. From the first quarter of next year, Singapore’s BCA expects new and retrofitted existing buildings to achieve at least 10 per cent in energy efficiency. In all, the BCA aims for the new buildings to save energy and money.
