Brought to you by Indochine, this panel discussion focuses on how companies are putting more emphasis on sustainable development. Moderated by Dr. Ashok Khosla, a leading United Nations environmentalist, the panel discussion will feature experts who will be sharing their perspectives on various aspects of sustainable design.
Mia Lindsey, Regional Manager – Environmental Consulting of MWH Consultants will speak on sustainability issues with regards to infrastructure design and facilities operations, including green design, carbon and energy efficiency management.
Scott Dunn, Managing Principal of EDAW’s Singapore studio, will share recent project experiences and perspectives on sustainable urban design that both mitigates and adapts to the challenges posed by climate change.
Robert Ma, International Director of M Moser Associates will discuss how well-designed offices can reduce energy consumption, enhance productivity and brand recognition, and help attract and retain key talents. He will also talk about how these spaces can be delivered and how they are certified through rating systems such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Mr. Ma will also talk about how LEED compares to Singapore’s Green Mark rating system.
