As architects, we have a huge responsibility to build sustainable buildings so that their 50 year life-spans won’t come at the expense of shortening human existence by 500 years. That includes working from home/wherever you want to reduce travelling/carbon footprint, a paperless working environment, educating others about the environment, and contributing in ways that we can to make a small difference to save/improve it.
